- Leading and contributing to new product technical visioning and high quality solutions
- Understanding and supplying to scalable technical solutions
- Examination and analysis of existing IT systems and business models to identify requirements, impacts and dependencies
- Assistance in defining scope and work sequencing based on analysis of requirements of new and existing systems
- Writing user stories which include concise and clear system requirements that will be used to implement any of the following: API creation/updates, new data stores/updates to existing data stores and user interfaces, specifications for new data feeds (inbound/outbound)
- Producing use case documents and functional solutions to achieve project goals
- Developing subject matter expertise for the product area and broader domain
- Participation in the development and review of test plans, including end-to-end strategies
- Participation in support of evolving and growing the Technical Chapter and Chapter Area
- Bachelor's degree required; Technology-related field preferred
- 8-10+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services preferred
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience is required
- Knowledge of API Development & Testing, AWS (Cloud) Implementation, Data Design and Workflow/Process Automation is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly-matrixed environment, involving multiple partners, technical groups, COEs, squads, product areas and domains
- Experience working on new vendor implementations or similar demonstrated experience
- Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple varied functional teams
