
3rd Shift Electrical Maintenance Technician

- Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of testing validation equipment.
- Collaborates with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new testing equipment, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety of the existing testing equipment .
- Performs daily/weekly/monthly/annual test equipment calibrations .
- Manages and updates technical documentation of testing equipment and maintains detailed test equipment calibration records and work instructions
- Solves major technical, equipment, or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
- Maintains tools and repairs equipment in good working condition.
- Proposes improvement projects for testing equipment aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
- Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production / validation process.
- Performs preventative maintenance operations on testing/validation equipment

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance field
- Minimum of 2-year associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent fields preferred
- Sound knowledge of OSHA, lock out tag out (LOTO), electrical theory, PLC, automation, AC/DC circuits, power and control circuits, NFPA 70E, low and high voltage
- Written and verbal communication in the English language
- Must be able to work in the United States
