  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes in compliance with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and other applicable industry regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for product and process issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards into product design and manufacturing.
  • Perform inspections and testing of electronic components, PCB assemblies, and finished products using precision measurement tools and test equipment.
  • Support incoming material inspection, supplier quality management, and supplier audits.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as control plans, inspection reports, and process validation records.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality procedures, workmanship standards, and inspection techniques.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure ongoing compliance and certification readiness.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
  • 3+ years of quality engineering experience in electronics or PCB manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), and failure analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronics testing methods, soldering quality standards, and ESD controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software; experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
