
Program Manager, Supply Chain Transformation

- Own and drive the full lifecycle of the planning system implementation: from initiation and design through deployment and stabilization.
- Manage program governance structure, including steering committee, cross-functional workstreams, and decision-making forums.
- Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, milestones, budget, and resource plan across all program workstreams.
- Partner with business process owners to define and document future-state supply chain planning processes, aligned with industry best practices.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and process reengineering to support a standardized, scalable planning model.
- Ensure alignment between process design, system configuration, data readiness, and reporting needs.
- Lead coordination across internal teams, software vendor, and implementation partner.
- Ensure alignment and progress across all workstreams including planning, master data, integration, and training.
- Manage dependencies across design, development, testing, and readiness.
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive change management plan.
- Define communication, training, and enablement strategies.
- Align roles and responsibilities with new planning processes.
- Oversee program operations and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
- Lead go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of program management experience in large-scale tech implementations.
- Experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries with strong focus on supply chain.
- Experience with supply chain planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder).
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, Smartsheets, LucidChart, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP, APS, and MES integrations.

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws. You may also be eligible for shift differential pay, depending on the shift to which you are assigned.
