HireLevel is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant in Mascoutah, IL.Job Title: Machine Operator AssistantJob Type: Temp to HireLocation: Mascoutah, ILShift: Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pmPay: $17-18/hourSimilar Positions: Fabrication, Machine Shop, Welder helperResponsibilities Machine Operator Assistant:
  • Load and unload metal and other materials from machines.
  • Using tape measures and other hand tools to assist in fabrication process.
  • Assist with shearing and cutting raw materials.
  • General cleaning of the shop and work areas to ensure cleanliness.
  • Other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements of Machine Operator Assistant:
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs throughout shift
  • Must be comfortable working in a machine shop environment
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Must have own transportation and great attendance record
  • Must have Steel Toed Boots
