Kickstart your career with us by applying today!What You Will DoEngineering Co-Ops work with external engineering partners and equipment vendors to provide data required for process and equipment tagging/design. Collaborate with mill operating departments, capability groups, maintenance, and other engineering disciplines to identify opportunities to add value to the facility/company and recommend/implement solutions.Our Co-Op program seeks talent from many disciplines including (but not limited to):
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.).
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to relocate per program requirements.
- Ability to work in a hot humid environment.
- Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028.
- Able to travel
- Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in a Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering degree program.
- Experience in the pulp & paper industry.
