- Actively promote and market the company through diverse outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and targeted outbound campaigns.
- Conduct research and evaluate leads through web and CRM tools, maintaining accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Schedule qualified demos that provide valuable insights for the Account Executive team.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within company structures to ensure quality prospecting.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly quotas, contributing directly to revenue goals.
- Collaborate in building company processes, using creativity and strategic thinking to drive team performance.
- Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation or outbound prospecting, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or B2B environments, with a strong track record in a metrics-driven setting.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, a high attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Thrives in a collaborative, remote, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft 365.
- Creativity & Resilience: A strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills, comfortable with handling rejection, and driven to keep the sales funnel active. Goal-oriented and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role.
