- Monitor, process, and reconcile daily cash flows.
- Ensure adequate liquidity to meet daily financial obligations.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with the custodian.
- Input trades into custody platform.
- Manage all cash flows utilizing the custody platform (fees, trades, etc).
- Coordinate global market openings and documentation.
- Track daily compliance with investment manager guidelines.
- Perform reconciliations, including identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
- Update performance and market values within the portfolio management system.
- Track quantitative and qualitative data for investments.
- Reconcile month-end performance data with custodian, investment managers, and investment consultants.
- Manage inbound communications with custodian and investment managers.
- Initiate related workflows and processes.
- Track and communicate all fees paid from the trusts.
- Coordinate quarterly reporting of private market investments and valuations with 3rd party software providers.
- Complete subscription documents for new private market investments.
- Monitor and report on regulatory compliance specific to private market investments Ensure that investments align with regulatory requirements and report any potential compliance issues.
- Manage form 5500 schedule C reporting process annually.
- Create customized reporting templates for different types of private market investments. Tailor the templates to highlight key performance indicators relevant to each asset class.

- Coordinate with tax team on payments due for state and federal taxes.
- Lead and support trust audits and investment documentation requirements for year-end financials and 5500 reporting.
- Complete documents required for tax reclaims.
- Assist in completing filings with regulatory agencies.
- Lead Know Your Customer (KYC) and onboarding processes for new investments.
- Setup new accounts with custodian.
- Maintain document management system.
- Coordinate ERISA and trust document reviews.
- Design and implement operational systems to streamline processes.
- Facilitate communication with external Investment Managers and various internal stakeholders.
- Conduct operational due diligence and compliance reviews of third parties, including vendors and investment managers.
- Monitor compliance with the investment policy statements.
- Assist senior team members with investment diligence in both public and private investments.

- 3 to 5 years of total experience in investment operations.
- Knowledge of investment accounting, transaction processes, valuation, and investment performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a large custody platform in an operations role.
- Proficiency in utilizing eVestment, eFront, and other investment tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience completing private market subscription documents.
