Plant Utility Laborer- Austin Industrial- (Iron Station, NC)

- Moving items like bearings, cones, and polytape to the right locations.
- Checking hoppers, chip systems, and conveyors to ensure smooth operation.
- Rake excess chips from conveyor
- Cleaning screens, tanks, filters, and keeping work areas tidy.
- Collecting paper, bottles, and cans from office areas.
- Safely operate Cushman cart to transport materials, tools, and equipment safely across facility grounds.
- Performing various tasks as needed to support plant operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid ID or driver’s license
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Meet physical demands as listed above
- Must be able to work in hot, cold, dusty, and physically demanding environments
- Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
