Pacific Coast Sales & Service is the San Francisco district office representing the Trane Company that manufactures, manages and services HVAC equipment systems and controls.We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
Set up and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues – including updates.
Provide basic training on computer use and software applications.
Documenting processes and procedures used in troubleshooting.
Contribute to IT projects (such as migrations and/or software implementation(s)).
Job Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of related experience or training
Organizational, communication, customer service & people skills required
Flexible to work overtime/weekends as required
Total compensation for this position is $22 to $28 per hour.
