- Providing technical thought leadership as a subject matter expert in cloud technologies and enterprise architecture, staying current with industry trends and sharing technical vision through publications and presentations.
- Designing complex enterprise-wide IT systems across the technology stack, developing architectural blueprints, interfaces, and technical specifications aligned with business objectives.
- Creating innovative architectural designs that enhance system performance and scalability while incorporating emerging technologies and adhering to Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation, visualization tools, and models tailored to different stakeholder perspectives.
- Leading technical system design with emphasis on non-functional requirements like performance and security, including disaster recovery and capacity planning considerations.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, identify technical challenges, and develop transition plans for system modernization.
- Guiding cloud strategy through designing hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, establishing governance frameworks, and developing migration roadmaps.
- Conducting architecture reviews to evaluate proposed solutions against standards, identifying risks and ensuring compliance with enterprise guidelines.
- Driving technology standardization through defining reference architectures, establishing selection guidelines, and creating adoption roadmaps.
- Leading technical governance through participating in review boards, developing architectural policies, and establishing decision-making processes.
- Supporting digital transformation by guiding modernization of legacy systems and architecting solutions for emerging technologies like AI and API-driven architectures.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, serving as technical liaison between IT teams and business units.
- Mentoring junior architects and engineers while fostering a culture of architectural thinking across the organization.
- Evaluating technology solutions and vendor offerings for architectural fit, conducting proofs of concept and providing input to procurement decisions.
- This SETA role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader in technical areas, specializing in Cloud, Enterprise Architecture and associated platforms and tools.
- Experience performing complex systems architecture and engineering to define, architect, design, engineer and implement enterprise-wide IT systems and solutions across the technology stack.
- Experience developing design concepts that are consistent with the Enterprise Architecture guidance and industry best practices to address new requirements, changes in the technical environment, and/or enhance performance.
- Experience providing technical expertise in creating, updating, maintaining and visualizing architecture data.
- Experience serving as a technical liaison with regard to system architecture focusing on performance, availability, redundancy, data protection, and information security.
- Experience collaborating with customers to evaluate mission drivers, identify challenges, define mitigation strategies, assess applications, develop transition plans, and develop business cases in support of Cloud and other initiatives.
- Senior Level:

- Compensation: $142,600 - $222,850
- IC experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with having successfully demonstrated the ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve issues, concerns, problems, or methods.
- Experience in establishing strong working relationships with program managers as well as organization leadership; tracking task order efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems; and identifying and resolving administrative and contractual issues related to a support services contract.
- Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment, and interface with customers directly.
- Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines, methodologies, and the intelligence cycle.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
