Work Permit Required for those under 18 years of age.
Ability to interact and communicate positively and appropriately with students, staff, and visitors.
Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and flexibility.
Possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple programs within district.
Ability to work independently, demonstrates use of good judgment, and re-enforce behavioral support directives.
Flexibility to interact with large groups of multi-age children and/or individually with students needing additional assistance.
Possess excellent organizational skills.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
