This role ensures stands are well-stocked, clean, and ready for service while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Worker/Runner plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to help deliver a positive guest experience.Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00-$15.00 and is tip eligibleBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until November 7, 2025.Responsibilities
  • Restock concession stands with food, beverages, and supplies as needed throughout events
  • Deliver product and materials to multiple stand locations quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of stockrooms, prep areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Assist in setup and breakdown of concession stands before and after events
  • Communicate inventory shortages or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Provide support to stand workers during peak service times
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with trash removal and overall cleanliness during and after events
  • Offer friendly and respectful service when interacting with guests or staff
  • Work in coordination with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in concessions, food service, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to follow instructions and assist wherever needed
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • TIPS and/or ServSafe certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
