Job Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee structural steel erection projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and have prior experience managing complex steel erection projects. Familiarity with Tekla Structures or Tekla EPM is highly preferred, along with strong coordination, budgeting, and scheduling skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage steel erection projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule compliance.Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.Coordinate with design teams, general contractors, fabricators, and field crews to ensure timely execution.Review and interpret shop drawings, erection drawings, and field instructions.Utilize Tekla software (preferred) for coordinating with detailing and fabrication workflows.Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and procurement schedules.Conduct regular project meetings and site walks to monitor progress and resolve issues.Oversee subcontractor performance, contract compliance, and site logistics.Ensure project closeout procedures are completed, including punch lists and as-builts.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.Proven experience managing structural steel erection projects, preferably with tonnage exceeding 1,000 tons.Strong knowledge of steel construction methods, rigging practices, crane operations, and site safety protocols.Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and erection plans.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solv
