The role liaises with IT Product Teams, Construction and New Building, Refurbishment and other Brand operating department representatives involved in the execution of destination and modernization scope including but not limited to: Operations, Design, Procurement, Brand Product Development, and external vendors and partners. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, Florida, with 20% travel required.Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.What You’ll DoPartner with key stakeholders to manage scope expectations and champion the IT product capability/scope for destination projectsCollaborate with matrixed constituent department representatives and vendors to outline milestones, establish work plans, responsibilities, scope, and tracking rolesManage vendors, ensuring they meet our time, budget, safety, and brand guidelinesReview overall requirements and align with teams on execution priorities and planningParticipate in weekly meetings to give updates on assigned applications and highlight risksCoordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and communicate program status regularlyLead, mentor, influence, and support Project Managers on project complexityEnforce project management policies, guidelines, metrics, and templatesTracks timing, budget, cost control, and reporting. Proactively and accurately manage projects/program financials to meet department planning, forecasting, and reporting deadlinesWhat You'll NeedRequired:Fully bilingual in English and SpanishBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure program managementProven analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skillsExperience in hospitality and executing heavy IT infrastructure projectsExperience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organizationExperience working with project execution teams creating key requirement documentations and project artifactsOutstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive levelComfortable working with international teams and in construction sitesPreferred:Master’s degree in a related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certificationsKnowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT project managementPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other standardsSedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the officeAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $65.00-$70.00per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
