Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In‑Person
Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year!   • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Location: In-Person School-Based Role
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • Caseload: Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments
  • Deliver individualized and small group therapy
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Engage in school-based meetings and student-centered planning
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement—or willingness to obtain
  • Active (or eligible) Illinois state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
