Location – New Castle, Delaware (hybrid 3 days in office)
Pay rate: $55/hr. on W2 All Inc.
Location: ONE PENNS WAY, AMENITIES BLDG, 02, NEW CASTLE, DE 19720
Duration: 12 Months (Extension or Full-time after chances)Must have 2-3 years of relevant experienceResponsibilities:
- Follow procedures to assist with the set up and processing of monthly ABS, CLO, CMBS, and RMBS, and the build-out of related automation
- Perform cash and loan transaction account reconciliation, and assist in the build-out of related automation
- Perform reconciliation reporting and position statement review, and assist in the build-out of related automation
- Assist with documentation of requirements, use cases, and related testing data
- Follow detailed system-to-system deal migration scripts to:
o Test deal and data for completeness and accuracy
o Create reconciliation and validation tools for structured finance transactions utilizing Excel and/or pythonQualifications:
- Some experience in the ABS/CLO/CMBS/RMBS industry is preferred
- Proficiency in a programming language such as python or VBA is highly desirable
- General knowledge of databases, software and overall process design is desirable
- BS degree in finance or a relevant quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering is highly desirable
- Proficiency with cash-flow modeling of securitized products is preferred
- Must be highly competent with Excel; proficiency with Access, SQL, and/or ETL experience is a plus
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, and good communication skills
- Must be motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
