Job Description:Job OverviewThis role will serve as the primary leader for enterprise automation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise and hands-on experience. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and optimization of automation technologies across the organization. This includes deep expertise in Automation Anywhere, with the ability to design, develop, and manage complex automation workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in automation platforms and tools, and will be expected to lead cross-functional, strategically sourced teams in delivering scalable automation solutions.This leader must integrate automation into our business processes by identifying areas where automation can add the most value. This involves analyzing current workflows, understanding pain points, and exploring how automation can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.Once automation opportunities are identified and implemented, it's crucial to track their return on investment (ROI). This involves setting clear metrics and benchmarks to measure the impact on productivity, cost savings, and revenue growth.To maximize the benefits of automation it's essential to build automation fluency across the organization. This means providing training and resources to employees to help them understand and leverage AI tools effectively. Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and innovation will ensure that our team stays ahead of the curve and can fully capitalize on the potential of AI.Job Responsibilities:Articulate program strategy and execution plan in terms of program outcomes required to achieve the business objective.Define program execution structure, including component projects, teams and methodologies and project management requirements.Estimate and manage program budget to achieve program outcomes.Establish program governance structure to oversee the program, clarify accountability across projects and sponsorship and decision-making for the program.Setup a decision-making structure for the program that aligns with target operating norms and structure required to achieve and sustain the business objective.Provide framework/roadmap to integrate component projects and efforts, including program milestones and target outcomes.Create a benefits realization matrix for the program and trace project creation and output to program benefits.Articulate business impact and coordinate with EPMO and program sponsor to manage organizational change related to program deliverables.Establish program communications plan for the organization that brings together stakeholders in the business objective and connects project output to program outcomes to business objective.Plan and setup projects based on IT PMO processes and standards.Actively communicate with project managers to clarify interdependencies and accumulative benefit across projects, guide, and steer project managers to achieve program outcomes.Lead and mentor project managers and teams.Apply IT PMO standards to monitor daily program activities, reporting and analytics and work views across projects.Govern the program execution based on clear accountability structure across the organization and manage risk to realize benefits.Document the program, including adherence to organizational standards and alignment with business objective.Prepare and present progress and budget reports to program sponsor.Assist project managers and teams when needed to accomplish program outcomes.Organization Expectations, as applicable:Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population servedPartners with patient care giver in care/decision making.Communicates in a respective manner.Ensures a safe, secure environment.Individualizes plan of care to meet patient needs.Modifies clinical interventions based on population served.Provides patient education based on as assessment of learning needs of patient/care giver.Fulfills all organizational requirementsCompletes all required learning relevant to the roleComplies with and maintains knowledge of all relevant laws, regulation, policies, procedures, and standards.Fosters a culture of improvement, efficiency, and innovative thinking.Performs other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and trainingExperience5+ years managing programs with at least 7-10 years managing large, complex projectsKnowledgeable in program management methodologies, performance evaluation and change management principlesExperience compiling and following strict budgetsDemonstrated ability to communicate the big picture or vision to everyone consistentlyDemonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve challengesAbility to create roadmap of outcomes across projects, set realistic goals and timelinesDemonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate diverse perspectivesAbility to foster work culture and relationships among project teams to sustain program outcomes over the long-termPreferred QualificationsEducationAdvanced degree.Experience5+ years leading enterprise programs to achieve business outcomes that are differentiating in the marketplace

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
