- Lead and develop campaigns as the driver of our Digital Community Marketing hub, which will include social, community, creator / influencer marketing leads, working as one holistic team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and streamline digital community marketing efforts, both for annual campaigns and 365 brand building.
- Thoughtfully steer and build campaigns from audience insights that align with our identified target audiences, as well as help to continue evolving and identifying those audience needs.
- Set KPIs, benchmarks, metrics that matter, goals and objectives for all campaigns in partnership with our insights team.
- Report on aggregated insights that help to set digital marketing storytelling
- Manage and optimize campaign reporting and tracking, building dashboards and effective workflows for the team to streamline reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional communication to connect Global Marketing teams with all DCM teams, managing expectations, timelines and needs of the team to execute properly.
- Drive long-term planning and execution for forward-thinking strategies YoY.
- Oversee and steer creative ideation and social content development needed to to launch best-in-class campaigns.
- Serve as the go-to liaison for all things Digital Marketing, working closely with functional leads and partners to bring their POV and expertise to life within campaigns.
- A proven track record (8-10+ years) as a Global digital marketing leader in games, live service products, media, entertainment or an adjacent industry.
- An expert social marketer with a passion for creating compelling, relevant content. Powerful presentation skills with the ability to create compelling presentations to support strategy and thinking, as well as present to both peers and reports, and company leadership.
- Strong staff management skills and cross-functional leadership chops, with an understanding of a matrixed organization and how to navigate.
- An analytical and insights minded approach to creativity and innovation.
- Extensive knowledge of the competitive shooter and live service landscape, team / player dynamic and a love for the game.
- A calculated strategist with a deep understanding of hoops culture and what moves within the current media landscape.
- A natural leader with a team-first mentality.
- A strong leader who can make critical decisions quickly, while taking a measured approach to risk.
- Flexibility and the ability to pivot directions with ease.
- Good taste in content and an eye for what creators / influencers and content will move the needle, on and off our social channels.
- An attentive project manager with close attention to detail and workflow.
- Skilled at crafting integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including social, community platforms, paid media and brand partners.
- Strong experience successfully delivering complex projects requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, timing and accountability.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in companies and teams with complex business models, rapidly shifting priorities, and where change is the norm.
- A reputation for successfully driving results in dynamic environments with a high degree of ambiguity and limited given direction.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with social publishing and reporting tools, with a keen sense of what, why and how metrics need to be delivered on.
- Knowledge and experience working within entertainment, gaming or adjacent industries is a plus.
