- Our client, a global leader in enterprise IT services, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead strategic design and implementation initiatives across their ServiceNow platform.

- Architect & Lead: Own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
- Strategic Planning: Define roadmap and architectural vision in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Integration Design: Lead integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, SAP, and cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Salesforce).
- Platform Optimization: Improve scalability, performance, and usability across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Governance & Security: Ensure system integrity, compliance, and security through proper access controls and governance.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and process automation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support development teams, driving best-in-class development standards.
- Documentation & Enhancements: Produce technical documentation and lead upgrades/feature rollouts aligned with latest ServiceNow releases.
- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture, including at least 3 years in a lead/architect role
- Deep platform expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSDM alignment
- Integration proficiency using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2, MID Server, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and update set deployment processes
- Certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, CTA
- Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management)
- Leadership & Communication: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- ServiceNow modules: ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSM, CRM
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
- Cloud platform integration experience (e.g., AWS, Azure)
