Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Change Management Manager supporting a global supply chain transformation. You will develop and execute change management strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans for large-scale projects involving system implementations, process redesign, capability building, and organizational shifts. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in change frameworks and global operations environments.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management Strategy & PlanningDesign and execute enterprise-level change management strategies aligned with transformation objectivesBuild scalable toolkits and frameworks tailored to project complexityConduct readiness assessments and change impact analysesProject Implementation SupportDrive execution of change plans for multiple concurrent projectsIntegrate change activities within project management and implementation plansPartner with project managers and subject matter experts to align on change approachMonitor adoption risks and proactively resolve barriersStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationsIdentify and engage key stakeholder groups across global supply chain and business unitsDevelop and deliver compelling, multi-channel communicationsFacilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessionsAdvise leaders on change readiness and communication strategiesMeasurement & Continuous ImprovementDefine success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and impactBuild reporting dashboards and pulse surveys to monitor progressCollect feedback and optimize communication/change efforts as neededRequired Experience & SkillsStrong record managing multiple large-scale initiatives in a matrixed corporate environmentExpertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)Excellent written/verbal communication with multi-channel strategy design experienceStrong facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across all levelsExperience in supply chain, manufacturing, or global operationsExperience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotechKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and problem-solvingCommunication and influenceProject/program managementEmotional intelligence and empathyCultural awareness and global sensitivityFlexibility and agility under pressureTop 3 Must Have SkillsChange management expertiseStrong communication skillsStrategic planning capabilityDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multiple projects with change management needsDevelop and execute communication and change management strategic plansGain stakeholder buy-in and ensure smooth execution of initiativesOperate independently to support transformation projectsBasic QualificationsDoctorate degree, ORMaster’s degree and 2 years of experience, ORBachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, ORAssociate’s degree and 8 years of experience, ORHigh school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience"This posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE"
