- Improve operational efficiencies within the selection and assessment space.
- Help update and streamline hiring processes to align with company culture and environmental shifts.
- Contribute to how we assess individuals for selection and development.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team to enhance our overall capacity and impact.
- Support the team with projects that require data analysis, research and critical thinking.
- Currently a graduate student in an Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology or a related program.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in Excel and R preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- A driven and reliable individual who completes tasks in a timely fashion and is on time every day.
- An authentic and transparent communication style, with a willingness to speak up and voice differing opinions.
- A welcoming, positive, and respectful attitude toward others.
