- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information security clearance with polygraph.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time internationally.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
- 5 years of experience with supervisory roles.
- Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.
- Experience collaborating with and building technical solutions in partnership with national security customers, consultants, and Security Engineers.
- Manage contractual obligations for high-impact customer missions, including the implementation of communication, program management, and resource allocation artifacts.
- Manage and deliver outcomes for national security customers as the primary point of contact between Google/Mandiant and customers.
- Develop roadmaps and recommendations to drive client enhancements to their security architecture, governance, and standards.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship (effective deployment of people and technology resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
- Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that address high business impact for the organization and product area.
