We are currently seeking a "Business Analyst" for a contract role with one of our clients in San Francisco, CA. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.Duration: 06+ Months
Pay Ranges:$50-$52/hr On W2Responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact to triage questions from Brand Admins.
  • Configure OOTB features for brand admins once alignment is reached.
  • Open tickets for the product team/brand admins as needed.
  • Track progress on open tickets and SLA.
  • Support Business Process Documentation: Create current state process maps for features we want to build in the DAM.
  • Business processes, should be able to help Product Manager identify areas to go after to improve user experience.
