- Setting up, decorating, and preparing buffet rooms for events.
- Maintain and replenish multiple buffet lines
- Serving guests, and post event clean up
- Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
- Anticipate guest's needs. Be alert of guest signals and acknowledge the guest
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take to kitchen for cleaning
- Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
- Run the cash register
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Have reliable source of transportation
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Good organizational skills
- Likes being around families and large groups
- Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
- Possess patience and persistence when handling children
- The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment
- Availability during the weekends due to the majority of our parties and events occur during Saturdays and Sundays
- Have a food handlers permit (We can help you with this)
