- The ETS Business Engagement Leader is a senior-level, strategic IT partner who shares ownership of business strategy, business value results and ETS service delivery to business. They serve as the single point of focus, working to converge technology and business strategy. This is achieved by stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for capabilities and ensuring that business value from those capabilities are captured, optimized, and recognized
- Partner with Global Supply Chain & Customer Service leaders to understand their strategies, needs, and requirements that will advance business performance.
- Partner with functional leadership to shape and plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine fit into business roadmaps and priorities.
- Identify and integrate stakeholders’ long-range plans into ETS strategic roadmaps and priorities, as appropriate. Proactively communicate and amplify business strategies throughout ETS to ensure ETS alignment to business strategies.
- Build and manage the relationship team to ensure convergence and strategic partnering with the Division, Market and Function/stakeholder community.
- Bring experience and knowledge of industry trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and needs of stakeholder community.
- Shape business demand into supply by 1) partnering with appropriate stakeholders to create idea documents, business cases, and value plans; 2) ensuring value capture, optimization, and communication
- Engage in business budget and resource planning to enable successful delivery of the technology portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in a midsize or large corporation supporting multiple lines of business with global presence
- 2 years of experience partnering with business managers to develop enterprise level technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
- 2 years of experience in at least three of the following disciplines – Solution architecture, infrastructure architecture, application architecture, data architecture, business architecture
- Experience with enterprise systems, like ERP, or Supply Chain solutions like APS,WMS,TMS
- Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation and influencing
- Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
