- Participate in analysis, design, development, and fielding of next-generation systems.
- Identify and resolve problems within existing systems and enhance current infrastructure.
- Design and implement new systems and ensure long-term operational requirements are met.
- Provide support across mixed environments, including servers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, and Active Directory.
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and other delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD cybersecurity standards.
- Provide after-hours support in emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document technical processes clearly.
- Provide technical leadership in the integration and testing of complex, large-scale computer-integrated networks.

- Minimum six (6+) years of relevant experience in IT or Service Desk environments
- IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CISSP) equivalent or higher
- Experience in server installation, configuration, and management of enterprise servers (Windows, Unix, SQL, etc.).
- Experience with storage solutions (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, DAS), disaster recovery, and virtualization technologies (ESX, ESXi, VSphere).
- Familiarity with Nutanix, blade architecture, and NetApp or other enterprise storage systems.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database administration (MS SQL, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2019, Windows 11, and Linux.
- Experience with patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM), antivirus platforms (Symantec, McAfee HBSS), and help desk technologies (Remedy).
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) and DHCP solutions (Lucent, MS DHCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
