DescriptionThis position is focused on design, equipment, and manufacturing feasibility and simulation.Support analyzing drawings from feasibility through design phase to achieve a product that can be manufactured with-in the factory’s capabilities while working with MMC’s to prepare and execute the trial phase of the new model development. Complete all required tasks and targets given by the Group Lead and project leadership.
Support feasibilities studies and detailed confirmations of new technologies, design concepts and manufacturing processes. Report back internally. 15
Identify past model problem history, apply / suggest countermeasure activity based on best practice. 15
Collaborate internally to develop most efficient manufacturing process 15
Ensure a robust design for mass production combining manufacturing requirements (checklist), factory characteristics and project targets. Check 3D data to assure development 15
Through the New Model development, help create and maintain all documents necessary for process, quality, robot/equipment, and training. 15
Support physical verification of the vehicle during initial production at the factory. Understand the factory capability and constraints 10
Support collaborative problem solving activity with team members from your group and other BU’s including DEB 10
Develop capability of self through training and sharing of experiences to senior members. Learn other areas of the factory 5
