Working with minimal supervision in a team environment, you will apply defined methodologies to perform system updates and maintenance in response to business needs. You may lead small projects or initiatives, with additional duties as assigned. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:Minimum of two years of related work experience.Prefer experience UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)Perfer Kronos training experienceEDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Knowledge of computing principles normally acquired through a bachelors degree or related work experience.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasksWillingness to learn and improveHighly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervisionAbility to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situationsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert HealthPay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $28.42 - $48.62.
