Job Title: HVAC Maintenance TechnicianWork Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pmWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtimePay Scale: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + SpiffsWhat you will be doing:
  • Maintenance and tune ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • 6 months of experience or combination of education and experience
  • Mechanical skills / aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Universal EPA Certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers
  • Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Company paid
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely & follow all safety rules
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
