- At least 2 years Class A OTR driving experience in the last 3 years!
- Max 3 moving violations in the last three years (no major violations)
- Max 2 incidents in the last three years (non-DOT Reportable Preventable)
- No more than six jobs in the last three years
- No felonies in the last ten years (misdemeanors reviewed case by case)
- No DUIs in a personal vehicle in the last 10 years; only 1 in a lifetime
- No DUI in a commercial vehicle or failed/refused DOT drug/alcohol test ever
- Accepting drivers with auto restrictions
