Litigation Paralegal – Seattle, WAAbout the Firm
A respected litigation firm with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its dynamic team. The firm represents clients in complex disputes across state and federal courts, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.Why This Role Matters
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in ensuring cases run smoothly from inception through trial. You’ll provide critical support to attorneys, manage case materials, and contribute to the success of high-stakes litigation.What You’ll Do
  • Act as liaison among attorneys, courts, clients, and outside parties.
  • Review, organize, and maintain case materials and files.
  • Conduct case-related legal research.
  • Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, interrogatories, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate collection, review, and production of discovery.
  • Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, and witness preparation.
  • Support trial preparation including exhibits, witness binders, and demonstrative evidence.
  • Manage calendaring and scheduling for depositions, hearings, mediations, and related proceedings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies (preferred).
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Familiarity with Washington, Oregon, and Federal court procedures and filings.
  • First Party Property Insurance or other insurance litigation experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document/client management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
