- Lead the full lifecycle of complex industrial projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contracts, and internal standards.
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance targets.
- Implement robust scope and change control processes to manage deviations and mitigate risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide oversight and support during the warranty phase to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing complex greenfield and brownfield equipment delivery projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in bulk material handling systems within mining or mineral processing.
- In-depth knowledge of apron feeders, conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, and port handling systems.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills; experience in international and cross-cultural environments is a plus.
