This is a great opportunity to work in a high-quality laboratory environment while enjoying a community known for its rich history and vibrant culture.Job Description:Screen GYN and Non-GYN cytology cases (Note: GYN cases will be independently signed out if within normal limits)Perform cytologic preparation tasks and assist in slide processingSupport EBUS and FNA procedures in collaboration with pathologists and cliniciansHandle accessioning and data entry into the laboratory information systemCollaborate with the Medical Director to troubleshoot and resolve complex casesMaintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume, full-service lab settingAdhere to all laboratory safety protocols and quality standardsMinimum Requirements:At least 2 years of experience as a Cytotechnologist in a full-service lab environmentProficient in screening both GYN and non-GYN casesEducation & Certification Requirements:Bachelors degree in Cytology, Medical Technology, or BiologyCertified or eligible for certification as MT (ASCP), MLT (ASCP), or HEWSchedule Details:MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PMNo weekends, holidays, on-call, or floating requiredDiscover West Chester, PA
