We're searching for a driven Cloud Business Process Analyst ready to take on high-stakes migration projects in the DAF CLOUDworks environment. Based in San Antonio, TX, this hybrid role offers flexibility, challenge, and the opportunity to leave your mark on mission-critical systems. The selected candidate is responsible for the following:Identifying and resolving business issues within Air Force Commercial Cloud Services (AFC2S) teams utilizing services from IC ITEProviding technical direction for AF customers migrating to C2S/C2E.Assisting customer with integrating all cloud solutions and strategies to management their environment using best business practices and available toolsProviding expert guidance on AWS, IC ITE GovCloud, IC ITE Commercial Cloud Services (C2S), and other federal government community or emerging cloud frameworks. Other job functions include:What You’ll Do:Provide troubleshooting assistance on any issue associated with Jira and onboarding requirements into C2S/C2EResearch and develop policies and procedures to govern program responsibilities through documented processesAssist in project management, business development; customer engagement with C2S/C2E CustomersLead various discussions to include Business and Technical Exchange MeetingsProvide metrics to leadership through customized data collection within SharePoint, JIRA, ConfluenceDevelop business reports and processes to capture critical data to provide to key stakeholders and leadershipBe familiar with the business aspects of procuring services through the Contract acquisition process and assist with budget oversight of C2S/C2E customersActs as a bridge and facilitator between stakeholders, Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and SMEs to evaluate feasibility of fit for the proposed cloud solutionStrong interpretive skills to translate business processes and requirements into system specificationsUnderstand and explain how Risk Management Framework Controls (RMF) controls are inheritedExplain how funding is applied to task ordersUnderstand how AWS payer accounts are linked to tenant accounts & task ordersWhat Sets You Apart (Required):Current / Active TS/SCI security clearanceBachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree & 10+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.DoD 8570 IAT Level II equivalent certificationFamiliar with (AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google) and other cloud services offeringsKnowledgeable with the use of the AWS pricing tool to determine an AWS cost estimateAdvanced skills with Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint and other tools to track project and task managementAbility to gather and analyze data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendationsCommunicate with all levels of Management, Government officials, peers, and subordinates to insure clear communicationsA team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a dynamic working environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills to brief and develop materials for disseminationAbility to work a hybrid schedule (subject to change based on mission requirements).Nice to Have (Desired):AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or other Cloud fundamental certification preferredAWS Certified Solutions Architect certificationEIO2024Original Posting: July 14, 2025For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
