This role is responsible for safeguarding our people, facilities, and assets across all regions. The leader will set the vision and strategy for global security, ensuring policies, programs, and operations are aligned with corporate objectives, local regulations, and industry best practices. The program will balance risk management, compliance, and employee experience, while enabling the business to operate securely and effectively worldwide.This role requires deep expertise across all aspects of corporate physical security, including security operations, event security, executive and travel protection, and systems installation and integration.Beyond the technical expertise, it will play a key role in shaping a culture of safety, trust, and resilience, ensuring employees feel supported and secure. The successful candidate will inspire confidence across the organization by creating programs that are employee-focused, business-enabling, and globally scalable.HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the company’s global physical security strategy aligned with business priorities.Lead and inspire a high-performing global security team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide executive-level updates on security risk, readiness, and incident reporting & response.Partner with senior leadership on crisis management, business continuity, and global risk mitigation.Operations & ProgramsOversee physical security operations across corporate offices worldwide.Oversee and continuously improve security systems including access control, surveillance, alarm systems, incident tracking and security monitoring systems.Lead security efforts for company events, executive protection, and global travel security programs.Lead systems installation, integration, and migration to cloud-based platforms for scalability and efficiency.Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing, service-minded security team, including FTEs and on-site service providers, aligned with our RADIO valuesOversee vendor management, service delivery, and performance metrics.Ensure timely execution of service contracts (MSAs), PO approvals, and invoice processingEstablish standards and governance for guard services, investigations, and security vendor management.Lead incident response, investigations, and liaison with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.Drive security-related communications in close partnership with our Internal Communications TeamOwn security capex and opex budget, partner with Finance to lead detailed global fiscal planning, ensure accurate budget tracking and forecasting, and drive timely and accurate accruals reportingRespond to operational needs promptly, including those that may arise outside of typical business hoursMaintain and regularly update internal Security pages, ensuring employees have access to accurate and current information on policies, procedures, and points of contactRisk Management & ComplianceConduct regular threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments across the global portfolio.Ensure compliance with regional and federal regulatory and industry-specific requirements.Maintain and update global security policies, procedures, and training programs.Partnership & CollaborationPartner with Legal & Compliance, HR, IT, and Workplace teams to address cross-functional initiatives.Collaborate with Infosec to align physical and cyber security programs.Partner with Real Estate and Workplace leaders to integrate security into the design, construction, and daily operations of offices.Build strong relationships with external agencies, security associations, internal and property management security vendors.Provide subject-matter expertise in post-acquisition integration efforts.WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:8+ years of progressive experience in corporate/global physical security.Proven expertise in security operations, event security, executive and travel protection, and systems installation/integration. Experience in all areas is required.Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, GSOC operations, and emerging security technologies.Experience working with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and international security agencies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.CPP, PSP, CISSP, or equivalent certifications preferred.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with a collaborative and data-driven mindset. Start-up experience is highly desirable.Demonstrated commitment to building a culture of safety, inclusivity, and trust.Ability to remain calm, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing or high-pressure environmentsA role model for professional conduct, positive energy, and team collaborationAbility to be on-site 3+ days/week and flexible in supporting after-hours escalations when neededAlignment with our RADIO valuesDisclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
