- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Complete operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides and making suggestions on improving process and efficiency. Process specialized workflows, resolve exceptions, and assist with complex inquiries
- Ensure results are met while adhering to critical timeframes; assists in benchmark tracking, audit follow-up, compliance, and risk management activities
- Understand department controls; align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk
- Maintain a focus on meeting the needs/requests of our clients, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly
- Demonstrate active engagement in meetings and display curiosity to learn and grow; accept feedback given and apply it to the role. Present information clearly while speaking in small to mid-sized groups
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members as directed by management. Lead the development of training plans to meet staff development targets
- Participate and own small projects and initiatives
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Foster a culture where honesty and transparency are expected
- Stay current on changes in the specialist area and seek out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up to date
- Collaborate well within and across teams
- Communicate openly with team members and others
- Resolve disagreements between colleagues efficiently, minimizing the impact on the wider team
