Anticipated End Date: 2025-09-12Position Title: Manager Rating/Claims System AnalystJob Description:Manager Rating/Claims System AnalystLocation: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. Ensures that needs of all business partners are considered and appropriately met.How you will make an impact:Sets direction for the team and associated systems.Acts as a liaison to other teams in regard to systems work and provides subject matter expertise.Works with business partners to address obstacles and communicates both feasibility and status of various requests.Educates business partners as to the process and functionality of the associated systems.Participates in systems analyst work.Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Minimum Requirements:Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years systems analyst or business analyst experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:Medical Coding experience highly preferred.Clinical Code editing experience highly preferred.Agile experience highly preferred.Business Systems Analysis experience highly preferred.Requirements Gathering experience highly preferred.Technical Documentation experience highly preferred.Business Relationship Management experience highly preferred.Job Level: ManagerWorkshift:Job Family: IFT
