Our team is looking for a versatile and diligent Administrative Assistant who will provide exceptional support to the General Manager, in high-level projects, and coordinate all related administrative tasks for the Company's operational needs.

Y our Key Projects :
Administration: assimilate information through various exchanges, document client files, manager the internal controls process, draft documents, update files, coordinates events, etc..;
Schedule: coordinate the schedule and meetings of the General Manager ;
Travel: organize the business trips for the General Manager;
Management meetings: assemble material, prepare agendas, take detailed notes and prepare documents to be processed for the various meetings;
Communication: communicate with all ecosystem players such as partner experts, suppliers, customers, etc..;
Accounting: prepare invoices, manage suppliers, produce government declarations, etc.;
General: Perform general administrative tasks to meet the company's operational needs.

Diploma of professional studies in secretarial, administrative or equivalent training;
3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
Strong writing skills;
Excellent skills in coordinating client files;
Experience working in an office environment;
Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
