- Research, screen, and qualify marketing leads for BAF’s products or services.
- Use direct and indirect outreach resources to develop and nurture a pipeline of quality sales leads and opportunities.
- Contact target leads and prospects to assess and understand customer needs, gather and verify information, and gauge sales opportunities.
- Create opportunities for sales through communication of the BAF value proposition pertinent to the lead or prospect and requesting site visits for our outside sales teams.
- Update and maintain CRM system to ensure information is organized, accurate, and accessible for future needs.
- Document customer conversations, feedback, and other pertinent information to drive and support the sales process.
- Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to our defined prospect list, in addition to lead follow-up cadence.
- Drive an initial lead phone outreach within 1 hour of lead receipt with a goal of converting 50% of leads to qualified opportunities and maintaining an overall lead-based win rate of 30%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field
- Previous sales experience, a plus
- Familiarity with CRM, Salesforce preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills to collaborate with sales, marketing and various commercial leaders
- Complete your onboarding activities, including an on-site 4-day FANdamentals training.
- Dive into the details by familiarizing yourself with our lead call cadence.
- Learn the ropes of our phone system and navigating call transfers.
- Take the lead and begin handling leads and calling 50 leads per day.
- Capture new opportunities through outbound proactive calls.
- Begin executing 90 outbound business generation calls daily.
- Execute the full lead cadence for each lead.
- Complete 100 daily outbound business generation calls.
