  • Interact with clients to assess their unique insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and assist clients throughout the application process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
  • Inform clients about various insurance options and provide personalized guidance.
  • Help clients submit applications for their selected policies and oversee the underwriting process.
  • Review existing insurance policies and recommend additional coverage as needed.
  • Ensure that all insurance documents are managed with confidentiality and care.
  • Continuously enhance job knowledge and stay informed about new products and services.
  • Fulfill all policy obligations promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Life and health insurance license.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred sales experience and prior knowledge in the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a sincere commitment to assisting clients.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
