Travel/Contract Physical Therapist - 13Weeks - Days - Up to $2250/WK

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical function and mobility needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to deliver comprehensive care
• Document all patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse populations

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current Oregon PT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
