- Lead global initiatives to improve customer load factor, order consolidation, and shipping frequency optimization.
- Leverage Power BI analytics to track performance trends and drive improvements toward an 80% vehicle utilization rate.
- Define customer-site-level targets, track progress, and present results through executive-level performance summaries.
- Develop decision-support tools, process maps, and timelines to accelerate deployment of logistics initiatives.
- Partner with transportation, manufacturing, planning, and customer engagement teams to ensure operational execution and resolve systemic issues.
- Facilitate workshops, summits, and site visits at distribution centers and plants to build alignment and accelerate adoption.
- Lead performance reviews with leadership to ensure accountability and value realization.
- Maintain and evolve the Global Load Factor Playbook, RACI, and centralized knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Manage global supply of critical raw materials, including demand planning, order management, inventory management, and reporting.
- Establish governance procedures to sustain improvements and enable long-term scalability.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams (people, supply chain, systems, communications) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support key initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Extensive logistics and supply chain experience, including customer logistics and multi-modal transportation.
- Proven track record leading complex customer-facing logistics initiatives such as order consolidation, pallet optimization, and frequency alignment.
- Strong project leadership and PMO skills with the ability to create structured frameworks, manage risks, and drive accountability.
- Expertise in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP, and other supply chain systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements in cost, service, and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work across international time zones and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelors degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
