As the Hospitality Leader at Elite Sports Club – [Club Name], your mission is to maintain an exceptional facility environment—one that’s sparkling clean, well-stocked, and aligned with the high standards our members expect and deserve.You’ll lead, train, and support the hospitality team, coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and work side-by-side with your crew to ensure every area—from locker rooms to lounges—meets Elite standards. You'll also serve as a friendly and responsive presence to members, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.Your Role on the Team – What You’ll Be LeadingCreate and maintain a cleaning schedule that keeps the club looking its best all day, every dayTrain, coach, and support a team of hospitality team members with clear expectations and positive leadershipConduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to catch issues before members doMaintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, submitting orders when necessaryCollaborate with the maintenance, front desk, and management teams to address any cleanliness concerns promptlyRespond to member questions or requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalismLead by example—jump in to clean, organize, and troubleshoot alongside your teamAssist with special projects like deep cleans, event setups, and seasonal tasksWhat You Bring – Your StrengthsA natural sense of pride in a clean, organized, and well-maintained spaceStrong communication and leadership skills—you coach with respect and clarityThe ability to spot what needs doing, take initiative, and inspire others to do the sameComfort with cleaning tools, supplies, and sanitation standardsA team-first attitude, with the flexibility to help across departments when neededOrganization, attention to detail, and high personal standardsCore Qualifications2–3 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or facility servicesPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and customer serviceAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCPR/First Aid certification preferred (we can help you get certified)Authorized to work in the United StatesTeam Member Experience
