- Lead and support project management and estimating activities under the direction of the President.
- Manage all phases of construction projects including estimating, procurement, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Prepare and process contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and pay applications.
- Maintain organized project files using Timberline and Procore systems.
- Oversee submittals, material deliveries, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with superintendents to ensure proper manpower, equipment, and safety practices.
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients regarding project progress and issues.
- Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and risk management.
- Promote ACI’s values and maintain a professional image on job sites and in the community.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software (Timberline, Procore).
