What You'll Be Doing:You'll have a Monday through Friday schedule, 7 AM to 4 PM. You will typically work within 30 miles of the 48109 area, although there may be occasional out-of-state jobs, which occur 1–3 times a year and are negotiable. As our Master Plumber, you'll handle residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose and repair systems, and complete installations with excellence. You'll lead teams on-site, ensure top-quality results, and mentor apprentices as they develop their skills. Using ServiceTitan, you'll manage jobs, track progress, and even boost your earnings with upsells. Master plumber license in Michigan
5+ years of plumbing experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
Strong computer literacy
Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team
