We are seeking skilled Low Voltage Technicians with strong experience in camera cabling structure and documentation. The primary responsibility for this role is to correctly identify, trace, and document which cables are connected to each device within active hospital and healthcare environments.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and work with camera cabling structures, including tracing and mapping connectionsAccurately document cable-to-device connections using client-approved methods and labeling standardsInstall, terminate, and test nurse call and low voltage cabling systems in hospitalsRead and follow wiring diagrams, as-builts, and network schematics to verify connectionsMaintain detailed documentation of installed systems for client recordsEnsure compliance with hospital safety standards and infection control protocolsEscalate any conflicts, inconsistencies, or out-of-scope findings to field leadershipPreferred Skills & KnowledgeProven ability to identify and document cabling connections for cameras, nurse call, or similar low voltage systemsHands-on experience in healthcare facilities or other active, occupied environmentsFamiliarity with ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and NEC codesSkilled with CAT5e, CAT6, coaxial cabling, and structured cabling environmentsProficient with cable testers, labeling tools, and documentation practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in recording system layoutsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED2-5 years of low voltage cabling experience (camera cabling documentation preferred)Ability to independently trace, verify, and document cable-to-device connectionsReliable transportation and ability to work evenings when requiredProfessionalism and discretion when working in occupied hospital environmentsPay & BenefitsHourly Pay: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and visionRetirement: 401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off: Vacation, holidays, and sick timeDevelopment: Career advancement programs and ongoing trainingCulture: Strong team support, company events, and community involvement
