Responsibilities
  • Provide warm Southern hospitality, welcoming guests and guiding them through our menu offerings.
  • Take accurate orders and collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
  • Create vibrant brunch experiences, engaging guests during lively weekend services.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, ensuring a comfortable and memorable dining experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality or restaurant experience with a strong focus on guest service.
  • Passion for Southern cuisine and a genuine interest in sharing its traditions.
  • Effective communication skills to connect with guests and understand their preferences.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Team player with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
