Prepare quarterly financial reports/investor statements
Maintain all fund and investment preferred return calculations and waterfall models
Assist with semi-annual valuations of real estate investment portfolio
Review acquisition/disposition/refinancing closing statements and monthly property level financial statements
Review/process investment draw requests
Maintain cash forecast models
Assist with audits/tax returns/annual investment level budget reviews
Update internal management reports
Complete quarterly REIT compliance testing
Respond to asset management requests for financial information
Assist with implementation of new IT projectsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; 2-5 years of experience, preferably in real estate or private equity
Must exhibit strong communication skills and work as a team playerTarget base salary for this role is approximately $85-95k plus discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be influenced by numerous factors including skill set, experience level, etc.
