The Consultant will help ensure that KAGR delivers impactful and actionable consulting services across a range of project types, using his/her knowledge of key analytical tools, processes, and strategies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Client Deliverables
  • Lead analysis of key client data processes and technology strategy
  • Create client-ready documentation (e.g. PowerPoint slides, Excel models, etc.) to communicate deliverables in a clear and consumable manner for clients
  • Develop new approaches to communicating complex concepts, including through data visualization
2. Client Relationships and Project Management
  • Lead client delivery of individual workstreams within larger strategic initiatives
  • Manage client leadership relationships and creation of overall project deliverables
  • Lead client interviews to gather relevant information on a project-by-project basis
  • Conduct “deep dive” technology evaluations in order to recommend improvements for client data and analytics processes
  • Support project management and analysis for broad strategic projects
3. Primary and Secondary Strategic Analysis
  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze diverse client data from a range of sources (quantitative and qualitative) to distill relevant findings into actionable strategic insights
  • Manage creation of initial strategic hypotheses, and refine them over time as new data become available
  • Lead analysis for individual workstreams within larger strategic projects
4. Lead additional strategic projects and assignments as business dictates5. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in a Management Consulting, Technology, or Sports setting
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ideal candidates have proven track record of delivering projects (for internal or external clients) to a high level of quality
  • Experience with technology assessment, strategy, and implementations is required
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail is required
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills (particularly using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, or other similar tools) is preferred
  • Some experience managing projects is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic analysis skills
  • Must be team-oriented, coachable, and able to effectively work across multiple departments
